DA BREADman ONEdah is defined as one who has the “it factor”, one that owns the rights to Midwest’s hip hop throne, a star.The FLYest, the FRESHest, and the HOTtest individual for this era in the music industry is here, DA BREADman ONEdah! DA BREADman began back in middle school battle rapping and free styling in the school hallways. ONEdah attended local showcases and knew that he not only had the talent to enter, but the talent to win. As it turns out, DA BREADman was right. ONEdah went on to win several St. Louis talent shows and became a regular standout in regional showcases. Not only was DA BREADman nice in the streets with his wordplay, he was also nice with his studies. ONEdah graduated high school with top honors and went forward to HBCU Alabama A&M. DA BREADman attended Alabama A&M for three years, but while he was away things back home were financially taking a turn for the worse. ONEdah made a decision to return back home to take care of his family. As a result DA BREADman’s career in the art of hustling began; however, this new found career came with a cost. Tragically, ONEdah’s younger brother was murdered due to a case of mistaken identity. These stick up kids were out commit armed robbery against DA BREADman, but instead took the life of someone closest to him, his brother. This murder became a turning point in ONEdah’s life. Since, he has become an artist obsessed with succeeding in the music industry. DA BREADman ONEdah seeks to develop his rap career into a prosperous business. Income generated from this business will be used to uplift his family as well as combat useless violence in urban America. DA BREADman ONEdah has since shared the stage with Yung Joc (Bad Boy), Lil’ Flip (Columbia/Sony), Lil’ Scrappy (BME, G-UNIT), Lil’ John & The Eastside Boyz (BME, TVT), Pimp C (Rap-a-lot, JIVE), Potzee (Asylum/UC ME), and Chingy (Capitol), Fabolous (Def Jam), Huey(JIVE) and Bun-B (JIVE). ONEdah has recorded with JIVE national recording artist J-Kwon.
