Do yourself a favor and book a trip to Belize ASAP!

About Me

Summary- grew up in Everett, Wazzu grad, two fun years in Southern Cal, back in Seattle where I'm here to stay (well, for the immediate future at least considering I signed myself up for a condo purchase in Ballard)! I dig new people, places, and being outside. Some call me type A but I like to think of myself as an event planner....as a general rule though...I dig the unexpected and adventure. I love travel, writing, shopping, active things (i.e. triathlons and runs- San Diego Rock n Roll marathon is around the corner), the sun, beach, and, last but not at all least, family and friends.

My Interests

Many-- triathlons, traveling, biking, dining out, shopping, walking around local markets, being silly and random, being in the water, boating when available, volunteering, working out, meeting new people, social gatherings, kayaking, organizing fundraisers for charity, reading, local activities and festivals, photography, home decorating (I love to make my living space comfortable and stylish), catching my fave shows that I can't live without.

I'd like to meet:

Folks that I knew from before. Any celebrity that graces the pages of US Weekly. I love the Apprentice and I would jump for joy if I could meet Bill Rancic. I would love to meet Bill and Melinda Gates.

Music:

Faves include John Meyer, Aerosmith, Dave, Sheryl Crow, Counting Crows, so many to name! I like the pop stuff too--like Gwen, Britney and Kelly. 80s is fun.

Movies:

My most famous line is "I've seen bits and pieces." Not a huge movie buff (aka can't really quote lines) but Devil Wears Prada is one of my recent faves. Romantic Comedies I'll take any day over the scary stuff.

Television:

Desperate Housewives, Real Housewives of OC, The Apprentice, Brothers & Sisters, Grey's Anatomy, E! TV for all other fill in times. These are the shows I will program my VCR for....

Books:

Freakonomics is awesome! Ever wondered about the concept of names, sucesss and income or...why crack dealers live with their moms....read the book! Something Borrowed is one of my favorites, Something Blue is the followup and just as cute. Such a wonderful book of love and friendship.

Heroes:

Mom, Dad, brother, my family...they're the best.
