Howdy folks.
My name's Louisa Gaylard. As you can probably tell from my tunes I'm an acoustic singer songwriter and guitarist. I have been passionate about songwriting since the age of 10. And Now have 50+ songs and I'm still writing. I am Still learning new things that help me in my trade which is cool. I'm currently working on a new album to follow up my first ep, "Hippy Hill" (£3) I've been playing guitar since the age of 9 and singing for........ever ha ha. I'm am really enjoying my career at the moment; getting noticed, getting new fans, meeting fellow bands/singersongwriters, writing more and more songs. I Love It xD
I have an album launch goin down (ohh) for an NEW ALBUM!! named 'Point?' I'm really proud of it and the songs I have written and recorded. So it would be great if you could all come along the launch and bagsy a copy =] The Poster will be up soon kiddies.THANKYOU

Influences: Musical:
As a kid I grew up with the obvious things for the 90's; spice girls, boy zone, take that and stuff like that so basically cheesy manufactured bands. And you would have never thought they influence me but they really do. Also when I used to be on a car journey or just at home and my Dad put on something like the buzzcocks or the clash or the jam and at the time i didn't really like that sort of music but now I love it and as I've grown up with 'dad rock' it influences me loads.
Bands that influence me now are bands like Lilly Allen, The October Game, Radiohead, The Zutons, System of a Down, Arietha Franklin, Sexpistols bassically everything from Michael Jackson to Enter Shikari

Non Musical:
Any object or thing that normal people don't notice i'll rhyme about it. Like a ball lying on a path or the way my hands shake just before i go on stage. I'd really love to say I'm influenced by the usual stuff like the sun setting and birds singing but I'm not :( ........... so i just put them in my songs anyway, hee hee

Andrew Lloyd Webber-I don't like musicals but i just can't help loveing lil Andrew. He looks like a puppy and I wish he was my grandad :)
