i have a lot of acquaintances and few friends. i try to surround myself with good people. and those i consider my friends are the most awesome people i know. :)
i'm me. you're not me. no one else is me. i'm not you. i am a BIG clutz (glad you're not me, eh?) and i love to dance! i realize that's not the best combination, but at least when i dance, it doesn't look like i hooked my butt up to a paint mixer. i love to travel and am in dire need of a passport. i love hugs, massages, autumn, burying my feet in sand, making out hardcore, roller-coasters and ferris wheels, dippin dots, costume parties at any time of year, fireworks, swings, photographs, interior design, creativity, architecture, interesting facts about history, interesting facts, jumping off of cliffs into the ocean, knowing the truth, honesty, witty comments, squirt gun fights, good surprises, adrenaline rushes, and my awesome friends.
i also love to hug people. big people, small people, twiggy people, round people, tall people, short people, guy people, girl people, pretty much everyone but complete assholes. :) i'm a very touchy-feely kinda gal. it does not mean i want to sleep with you or even kiss you. i may not be interested whatsoever. so please, don't take it that way...
hm. well, i think i'm a pretty nice person most of the time. or i try to be. i like to make people smile and be happy. that's the best feeling ever. :)
and in the words of my sister, "frauen mit roten harren sind gefärlich" or "women with red hair are dangerous"
but we all knew this. something we may not have known, is the history of the red heads in switzerland/europe. she proceeds to tell me the following:
"in the olden days in europe they thought all women with red hair were witches. that their hair was red because they worked for the devil. and they would do mean things like say "if shes a witch her hand wont burn." and then take a huge hot metal and basically burn it through the hand and then say "ok shes not a witch." but then the hand is totally messed up. or they would throw the redheads in the lake and say "if she drowns, shes not a witch, if she swims then we have to burn her." and now they just say "women with red hair are dangerous." anyways. now you know the history of your people in europe."
hmmm... sound familiar much? like the salem witch trials (singled out to just the pretty girls)...
