Syreeta ShaNee’s artistic ability is multi-dimensional--merging the areas of singing, writing, and performance. Syreeta, which means “Little Princess†was born to a humble area in Alabama known as the Shoals.At the tender age of five, Syreeta did one of her first solos at her kindergarten graduation. As she grew, so did her love for writing, painting, and of course, music. She beginning writing songs and performing in grade school. She quickly rose from church choir member to frequently requested soloist.Her sound, influenced by artists such as Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, Yolanda Adams, Beyonce Knowles and Alicia Keys, has blossomed into a rare mix of, light, melodic trills, with strong, thunderous soul which gives Syreeta’s voice a unique spiritual quality felt by her audiences. She brings an eclectic flavor of R&B, Neo-Soul, Hip Hop and Pop to the table to create a vibe that is respected and adored by all.Syreeta is now repping Atlanta where she has worked under the production of Crums on the Table, Music 101, Trakkillers, Waehner Productions, FluEnt, Kerry Harwell of Sony music, Poppa Infizzi, and DJ Dana of Block Ent. With Syreeta’s signature sound -----she could easily be crowned the new “Little Princessâ€of Hip-Pop-N-B.
