I am obsessed with movies!!!! I have an addiction....i can't stop buying movies!! My all time favs are Dead Poet's Society, Pretty Woman, and the Goonies!!! I love (and own) almost every cheesey 80's movie ever made!! I am also a huge Disney freak!! Actually I LOVE just about any animated movie....especially if it's by Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks...etc. Not to mention that I do love most anime
What would TV be without the great classic cartoons?? Fraggle Rock, Carebears, Strawberry Shortcake, Rainbow Brite, Transfomers, HeMan, She-ra, Ghostbusters??? There are way too many awesome 80's shows to mention....love them all!! Growing Pains, Who's the Boss, Degrassi (yup, junior high and high...but not the next generation)....god i love the 80's!! i also love simpsons, family guy, futurama, desperate housewives and most reality shows
Best Books EVER are anything by DR SEUSS and ROBERT MUNSCH....hands down, no question about it. All the Harry Potter books are awesome (but my favourites are the Goblet of Fire and the Half Blood Prince). I really enjoyed the DaVinci Code. But let's not forgot the books that got me hooked on reading as a kid, The BabySitters Club, Nancy Drew and RL Stine "Fear Street"....
My heroes are the people who put their lives on the line everyday to make this world a better place. I am part of an EXCELLENT group that writes letters and sends carepackages to both Canadian and US troops. (www.umsn.org "United they Defend, United we Support"). One of my best friends is in the Canadian Army, so I know how hard their job is!! Next time you see any Military Personnel (Army, Airforce, Marines, Navy...etc), Firefighters, or Police officers, Thank them for being Brave enough to be dedicated to such amazing careers.
