Influences: I have many influences when it comes to music. I listen to many different artists, bands and genres. I love reggae, hip-hop, R&B and alternative. Some of my favourite artists include: Mary J., Prince, Bob Marley, Buju Banton, RHCP, Beck, the White Stripes, Tegan & Sara, Tribe, the Roots, Musiq Soulchild, Bonnie Rait, Kanye, Stevie Wonder, Coldplay, Jay-Z, Alanis Morisette, Mazzy Star, No Doubt, Madonna, Cowboy Junkies....and many, many more...
Sounds Like: I have a couple of different music styles...since most of my writing is piano-based, alot of the raw, acoustic piano songs would be considered folk-pop/rock, however, I believe that my music can be churned and shaped into just about anything depending on the guitar player or producer. I also love to create beats and ambient-style music that leans more towards alternative hip-hop or electronica...it really depends on my mood and also the people that I colaborate with. I love to co-create with anyone who will bring something fresh to the table.
