First and foremost, I'm a Mom. I have 3 beautiful daughters and 2 grandchildren. My youngest daughter is a medic in the U.S. Army. She made sergeant in 3 years and I am extrememly proud of her! She is now NCOIC of a clinic at Fort Sam. She's been to Iraq for a year and has re-enlisted. Keep her in your prayers. MySpace page here is dedicated to her and to all of our troops. God Bless Them!

I've been married for 28 years to my honey (and one of the cutest guys on MySpace) and am happy that maybe we can start enjoying life a little more and working a little less since our girls are "grown".

I'm a New Orleanian and have lived here all my life. Even if I leave someday, it will always be in my soul. I am worried about it's future and really don't know whether the city will have a "rebirth" or if Katrina dealt us a blow that we cannot recover from.

How 'bout dem Saints? And don't forget my LSU TIGERS in the Sugar Bowl! Woo-hoo 41-14!

I'm a kid at heart and crave attention and affection. I never get enough of either. I collect Disney and Thomas Kinkade, I love Betty Boop, Tinkerbell, Tigger and the LSU Tigers. I pull for the Colts because I think Peyton Manning is one of the best "home boys" around. You did it Peyton, Superbowl Champ and MVP! I love Harry Connick, Jr. and own most of his CDs. I also enjoy the sounds of the river so close to home, Beignets, a walk down Bourbon Street and a good crawfish boil.

My heroes have always been cowboys - now they wear combat boots! I'm here to make friends, share experiences and support our troops. God Bless America!
NEVER FORGET 911 AND SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!

Music:

I have a wide variety of musical interests. I love ballroom dancing and salsa. And send me to the Kenny Chesney concert!! I have recently discovered that I love the spanish guitar. I will always have a heart for the 70's music. And Celtic music soothes my soul.
A few of my favorites in no particular order: Harry Connick, Jr., The Nevilles, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Terri Clark, The Eagles, Frank Sinatra, Journey, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, Marvin Gaye, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, . . .

Movies:

While You Were Sleeping, Sleepless in Seattle, Pretty Woman, The Notebook, Let's Give'em Something to Talk About, My Best Friend's Wedding, You've Got Mail, Miss Congeniality, Michael, Phenomenon, The Net, Speed, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Narnia and all the Disney classics - just to name a few

Television:

Not much there. Just the weather channel, discovery channel and crime stories.

Books:

The Bible. I love to read all kinds of books, but God's word is the only one that counts.

Heroes:

Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have.
-Ronald Reagan
To sit back hoping that someday, some way, someone will make things right is to go on feeding the crocodile, hoping he will eat you last - but eat you he will.
- Ronald Reagan
40th president of great United States of America (1911 - 2004)
