bodybuilding (unfortunately it's a slow process but it occupies my mind and stops me from thinking. thanks to albert who believed that even little old me can look like the average person only stronger and more defined.)

painting (thanks to darla, i see images in my head. many of them good. so i have an urge to paint them so that they do not get stuck in my head and so that people can see them.)

i love them all. actually that's a lie. i'm very picky with what i read. but when i start reading a book, no matter how boring or lame it is, i need to read it to the end.
i guess i just like reading. reading is a healthy pasttime. makes one's mind sharper.
