I found a new love in my life and it is Triathlons, what a way to get in shape. My late best friend Adam Crilly who past last August 4th was involved in competing in Tris. He got My buddy Matt Weekley running in a few of them and he got me started doing them this year.
I have a B E A U TIFUL Lady friend and things between us are GOOD real GOOOOOOOOOD, she makes me smile and I like to think I make her smile too. We have Now Here in this moment to make the most of what God has given us or we're going no where. Live each day as if it's our last. I'll try anything once and if it doesn't kill me maybe a second time if it's fun. ..
