..What's up. It's ya boi CJ comin straight up out da Port City, Shreveport, LA. In case u didn't notice yet, I sing R&B, however I did spit some lines on a couple of rap tracks. I'm not signed to any label yet but I am tryin to put together a label of my own. Somthin Serious Records is the name so look out for that and its upcoming artists including myself of coarse. I'm 21 and i'm livin the life of the typical black man. I was raised in the hood and im tryin to get out. But not to leave it so that it'll destroy itself, I wish to make it a better place. Shreveport is a nice sized city that could be much bigger with the right additions. As for my music, I'm R&B all the way. It's what I was raised up to so it's what I know. I can't really say I sound like anyone, I believe my sound is original, but ultimatly its ur decision. I'm tryin to take R&B to the next level, or at least to how far I can take it. I'm bringin new sounds to the game and improving on old ones as well. One thing I can truly assure you is that U won't be gettin any bullcrap music from me. Oh yeah, also be mindful that I produce as well, so all of the music you hear from me or my artists is most likely comin from me. That's pretty much it for right now.
