My name is Michelle K. Silver. I am originally from Tohatchi, NM, but reside in St. Michaels on the Navajo Nation. I am common-law married to Max Bighorse of Tuba City, AZ. I am of the AshÃÃhà (Salt People) clan. Presently, I am a employed as a Geographic Information System (GIS) Technician for the Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency's Public Water Systems Supervision Program in Window Rock, AZ. Also, I'm a part-time undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and minoring in Psychology at the University of New Mexico. Currently, my husband and I also own Bighorse Engineers, a successful 100% Navajo-owned and operated consulting engineering firm in St. Michaels, AZ. My husband and I own two roping horses, one 9-year old Appaloosa/Quarter Horse (Dots) and one 6-year old Registered Quarter Horse (Jets Little Image).
