Blitzing dance floors across Sydney, Mike Silver is emerging from the pack as a DJ in demand. Like his music, he’s a high-voltage jolt of pure energy behind the decks – and its nothing but contagious!!!

Mike’s in his element playing electrifying live sets to up-for-it house fans. Strong build-ups, harder peaks and heart-stopping drops are his trademarks. But versatility is the key to Mike’s success. From charity events and live radio sets to some of Sydney’s hottest bars & club nights, he consistently delivers dynamic sets that are tailor-made to any event.

This is a DJ who’s just as capable of creating a funky atmosphere in a stylish bar as he is hitting fever pitch in the most pumping of clubs.

Mike was first inspired by the likes of Groove Armada, Daft Punk, Eric Morillo, Carl Cox, Martin Solveig and Fat Boy Slim, and local talent such as Captain Kirk, Mark Dynamix, Shamus and paulmac. He went on to immerse himself in dance music for several years, resulting in an all-consuming passion to blow away packed dance floors with his blend of latin grooves, deep funky beats and steamy electro house.

Starting out in the Sydney dance scene 5 years prior and having competed in 3 up-and-coming DJ competitions – Mike has proved his metal having won 2 of the competitions and being runner up in another. The energy he releases is enough to always entertain a crowd.

“My mission is to take my audience on a euphonic journey – I love my music and I want any crowd I play to have a chance in getting caught up in the adventure and enjoy themselves.”

So what’s in store of Mike? His passion for music and his dedication to the Australian club scene will definitely not dissipate with time. Mike is further developing his creative talents by moving into production with some of Australia’s hottest producers & artists. 2007 has seen the release of some sensational new tracks with only more to come. But the borders of NSW will definitely not be enough to contain Mike’s explosive energy, enabling him to reach packed dance floors around Australia and overseas… who can resist that famous exuberance!
