Spending time with my family (especially my nephews Sterling, Bam Bam, and the Mulk, and my niece Mimi) and my friends, training with my teammates (animal form kung-fu, gymnastics-doing flips and shit,Brazilian Jiujitsu and submission grappling), rolling around in the dirt, listening to good music-especially when it's live, Tibetan Buddhist chanting, people watching, climbing and taking naps in trees, going out and eating good food, watching good movies, traveling, spending time outdoors, reading a good book, walking, working out, going on drives to nowhere, being still, relaxing & listening to silence.
