highest production consists of 3 friends from south-east london:
CONNERS(AKA CONMAN) , SIMMA (AKA SIM-DOG), and his lil bro L-MAN.It all started in Bristol BS5, end of 2003 PRESIDENT UZ (Conners Cousin) from Da Label brought us together and formed........ DA LABEL!!!It started off with freestyling over Hip-Hop instrumentals, but Conners thought of making original beats from scratch on his Laptop.Back in London, Caynes gave Conners a programme named Fruity loops, sounds were just basic,with the help of Simma had helped him along the way.
And it wasnt until 6mths down the line that Conners had his 1st real instrumental ready for Da Label mixtape called 'BAND OF BROTHERS'.But unfortunately Simma in late 2004 got locked up for 3 years, and thats when Conners hooked up with his lil' bro L-Man and started producing together.Soon after Fruity Loops was history for Highest Production , they then decided to hook up with 2za (from Karma recordings) a friend from back in the day, who showed them that Fruity Loops wasnt the programme to use it was all about REASON, and a new way of producing with a keyboard and MPC 2500.Mean while back in Bristol, the President and the rest of Da LAbel gang were getting ready
to start recording their 1st album in early 2006.
At that time L-man was still in the early stages of producing music, so we decided together that only Conners was going to produce tracks for Da Label ('LONG AWAITED') album.
Which landed on road Summer 2006, as it became an absolute success.Soon after that Conners and L-Man went back to the lab and started producing more street bangers for any projects soon to come their way.Early 2007, R.E and UZ from Da Label decided it was time for R.E to do his thing by bringing out R.E's solo album called 'RAPPINS EASY' out August 2007 which of course is a success!!.Many more to come from Highest Productions, until then............
