Rubens (of course, he's a local), Michelangelo, Rene Margritte, Salvador Dali, Picasso, Paul Delvaux, Roy Liechtenstein, Andy Warhol, Frida Kahlo, Man Ray, Amedeo Modigliani, Gustav Klimt.....)
..I prefer a city trip above a beach holiday in combination with a good concert or a festival.
