S'en suit une demo-tape 4 titres dealé sous le manteau à 300 exemplaires. Quelques meurtres en featuring et rackets sur mix-tape aprés et IL CAPO monte de grade pour devenir IL CAPO BASTUNI "Le Chef du Baton". Le Phonetic Rebellion est mis de côté, il se penche desormais sur un premier album solo. Il rejoint le label CASA PHONK MUSIC et enchaine les maquettes, concerts et traffique de rimes dopantes en tous genres, tout est bon pour prendre du galon.
