Here you'll find updates about Layja's members, and to the new metal project, E.P.A. (Emotion Personified Alpha).
We constantly add new material for our preproduction list, and we try to build this project as strong as possible.
Layja is a musical project with roots in melodies from many theemes and arts
Layja was an idea picked up in 1997, when Andreas Holand studied musical tecniques in Fredrikstad. He became to like melodies more and more.
In 2005 he met Eric Holt who played his melodies lead on guitar.
Eric Holt was currently playing guitar for the band Moonchild, and the former Iron Maiden singer, Paul Di'Anno.
After a quick talk, Project Layja was picked up again, and they started playing.
After a while they wanted to create something with more vocal and voices.
The project E.P.A. (Emotion Personified Alpha) was created.
E.P.A. is more about taking it all to the limit.. Extreme, hard, fast, and multiple lines, makes the music power up the path for the vocals.
The goal is to drive vocals from all styles and arts into one powerful album.
Vocals from power metal, black metal, death metal, classical.. They will all be there.
The members of Layja and E.P.A. is currently making material for both the band and the project E.P.A.
