When we first heard these two quotes, alongside the fact that they were both uttered just a month before the tragedy that occured at Columbine High School, we were stunned. To quote Darrel Scott, Rachel's father, "It was as though these two teenagers laid down a double challenge to their entire generation." Different people carrying different weapons onto the battlefield of life, hoping to change the world around them; one misguided by hate and anger, the other driven to make her world a better place.
Chain Reaction takes up that call for a revolution, serving as a community for Christian Teen Girls to meet others, share advice, and grow in Christ. We are committed to bringing you music, movies, fashion, literature, and more to bring out the best in you and to grow your relationship with God. We want to embody Romans 12:2-"Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you."
