Low leaden line est un groupe de garage rock formé en 2000 en Eure et loire recemment installé en région Parisienne. Le nom du groupe s'inspire d'un roman de Dickens.
Le groupe est composé de Matthieu (guitare, chant) Baptiste( basse, guitare, chant) et de Gabriel (batterie,piano, trombone à coulisse, chant).
Tout commence très tôt, dès l'adolescence pour Matthieu et Baptiste qui commencent à jouer à 14 ans. Le groupe enchaine quelques concerts à l'époque avant que Gabriel ne les rejoigne. Depuis le groupe a diversifié ses influences et passe de At the drive aux melvins en passant par les clash ou meme Jeff Buckley.
Low Leaden line is a garage-rock band founded in 2000, recently based in the Paris region. The name of the band comes from Dickens' Great Excpectations.
The band is formed by Matthieu (guitar, lyrics) Baptiste ( Bass, guitar,lyrics) and Gabriel (drums, slide trombone and lyrics). Everything started very early, when Matthieu and Baptiste were 14. Since then, the band has played some gigs before Gabriel arrives. From then on, the band has diversified its influences and plays a rock inspired by At the drive in, the melvins and even the Clash or Jeff Buckley.
