The inaugural quarterly event first took place May 24th, 2006 at Club Hypnotik in Florence, SC, and successfully bridged the gap between the Carolinas and the entertainment business. The event drew hundreds of attendees and numerous entertainment industry power players, including multi-platinum producer DJ Toomp, Kevin Black of Interscope Records, Troy Marshall of Universal Records and many others. The event also attracted several artists and DJs from the Carolinas and surrounding areas, including Da Backwudz, Rasheeda, Chyna White, DJ B-Lord, DJ Chuck T and several others.
The next Quarterly Explosion in Charlotte, NC is an event that you do not want to miss. This Quarterly Explosion will be hosted by South Kacks First Lady, the Bad Girl Venom and features appearances by many artists.
