I currently hold it down 10am to 2pm on 100.1 the beat ( thebeatcolumbia.com) as the Midday Diva and I'm the CEO of Venom's Vixens the flyest and only model squad worht mentioning in the 803 ( check out myspace.com/803vixens.I got into the industry about eight years ago when i found my voice as a spoken word poet. After years of typing and writing I finished my first book and realized it was good. So I took it to the stages and one day with God's blessing I was picked up by a radio station that was " feeling my flava" and I started interning in Charleston SC at Hot 98. After a miserable internship ( damn near slavery) I was hired in Columbia at Hot 103.9 WHXT where I've done every shift from 6pm -10pm to 2am -6am. Sometime in 2003 I was approaced by AOV and we created In Da Citi which ran for almost two years and completed 100 episodes holding down four shows a week on Fox 57. This was my first experiences with TV and I hosted and produced the show. Look out for the The all New In Da Citi to launch in Nov '06 under the guidance of T woods and Link entertainment. I also auditioned for Seagram's Gin's VJ of the Year and beat out the whole country and went on tour with them fall Of '05 starting in San Jose to Miami 24 cities in 5 weeks. I consider myself South Kak's first lady because there aren't any females that can even see my resume I've ripped stages , I do Radio, I do Tv, I've written a book and I just recently began writing for Urban Pages Mag. first article comes out in their Jan. edition. Currently along with the radio I'm doing marketing for Venom's Vixens the hottest promotion, marketing, host , street team in the South East ( you see the pics). Me and Dtec's Baby the Quarterly Explosion which is a quarterly music conference that is held in different cities in the Carolinas our last one in Charlotte was crazy. And to my manager Swan Digga who has seeen my talent from day one thank you for being in my corner More recently i've started modeling i did the march cover of Spare Dime Mgazine and I just recently put out my own Bad Girl Poster/Calendar. I also went to Miami and got a small role in an independent movie called " Lifestyles" I play a chick named "Suga" Currently along with the radio I'm doing marketing for Venom's Vixens the hottest promotion, marketing, host,street team in the South East ( you see the pics).
