I Play Percussion In A Great "SKA" Band Called "INTENSIFIED". Check Us Out... www.myspace.com/intensifieduk or... www.intensified.net .....As an avid gig goer, I got involved with a fanzine called "A New England"... This helped me get to know of, & interview many other artists... I became friends with Michelle Shocked, & members of some of the following bands... The Bodysnatchers, Amazulu, Rent Party, The Belle Stars, The Gymslips, Terry & Gerry, The Potato 5, The Deltones, & most of the other bands listed below... I was the founder member Of "THE RANTING SKIFFLERS", we were at our height around 1985... In The "COW-PUNK SCENE"... Mainly Supporting The Likes Of "The Men They Couldn't Hang" - (Who remain one of my favourite bands of all time),"The Boothill Foot-Tappers","The Skiff Skats","Helen & The Horns","The Blubbery Hellbellies" & "The Famous Potatoes" ETC... On one strange occaision, we even got to support "NEW MODEL ARMY", in Folkestone's Leas Cliffe Hall... Justin & Frog liked us so much, we were asked to play at Justin's birthday "street party"!... On another occaision, we were asked to busk on a Ferry that Gaz Mayall had hired to put on a massive SKA gig. We made enough money for most of the band to get totally blotto, see some brilliant Ska bands, & also hear Duke Vin's fantastic sound system!... A memory, that will live with me forever!... I've represented Kent at Table-Tennis & have been England ranked (Although not very high). Also Former Member Of "The Dover Skiffle Band". Ex-Mobile DJ, & Still Enjoy Going To Gigs!
