About Me

One day Lacey, my best friend..mi amigo..my g-unit..etc, says to me "I can't believe you think your normal" but thats alright, because she isn't normal either. Perhaps thats why we get along so well. I drink almost as much green tea as I do liquor.. kidding. I drink a lot of tea though. I find the whole box wrapped in plastic with tea bags wrapped in paper to be wasteful packaging. That is why I'm going to make the switch to loose leaf tea; I have my tea ball ready. Of course, when I make that first cup of tea I will probably sit down with my favourite record to listen to from top to bottom; Marvin Gaye's 'What's Going On'. There is something about that perfect mix of soulful jazz, rhythm and blues, with its politically and socially charged lyrics that just ignite the feeling inside me of... "FUCK YYEEAAAHH!!! Those be some damn good tunes son" I highly recommend this album to those who like a diverse collection of music. If I could spend my whole life never making a cent, but helping those who are less fortunate and who need love and guidance, I would do it in a second. Nothing would be more fulfilling. Wanted: Rich husband! jk. I'm going to start my own not-for-profit organization, first I am making myself highly educated. Learn, I must. Succeed, I will. hahaha oh Yoda. I'm not a philosopher, but I have personal philosophies which I choose to live by.
“This I believe: That the free, exploring mind of the individual human is the most valuable thing in the world. And this I would fight for: the freedom of the mind to take any direction it wishes, undirected. And this I must fight against: any idea, religion, or government which limits or destroys the individual.”

My Interests

My general interests include: being generally interested, mispronouncing the word 'jalapeño', the life and times of Pi; and anything 3.14 related, finding errors on my resume after I handed out 5 million of them.. "yes I was a soccer referee in the year 3003", music, reading to keep the spaghetti in my skull active, playing soccer, running, snowboarding etc. to keep the rest of my form active. Drawing and admiring art. Nature and the environment. I also enjoy learning about ecology, biology, astronomy, physics, religions, philosophy, world issues...among others. and cooking.

"This land today, shall draw its last breath
And take into its ancient depths
This frail reminder of its giant, dreaming self
While i, with human-hindered eyes
Unequal to the sweeping curve of life
Stand on this single print of time"
