Born in 1985 in "Stevenage" just north of London I started Mcing for fun at the age of about 14 or 15 to old school garage then for my 16th birthday i got a pair of decks and decided to take the music up seriously writing my first lyrics to old shool garage we formed a crew called "Victory crew" the members were now grime producer and dj "ASL", myself still as "Darkness" which basically came from always being out to the early hours of the morning and another mc "Nitro" we got a few gigs out live in 2001 in the local area but split up in 2002. I never stopped writing lyrics and carried on doing cd's with asl and lots of other dj's around the area and made the movement from garage to grime when the music evolved at 18 i started laying grime and hip hop tunes down in studios around the area and have carried on doing that til present doing sets in a range of different places and working on my up and coming album "Pitchblack perspective" which is a mix of grime and uk hip hop.
