About Me

Hmm... let's see. I'd say I'm a pretty laid back person most of the time. I'm easy to get along with. Whenever there's a conflict I do my best to look at both sides of the situation and try to see thing from the other person's point of view. I'm a Libra...that's what we do. =) I don't like to argue but if you get me started I can hang with the best of them. I'm kinda shy when I first meet someone but once I get to know you, you can't shut me up. I know how precious life is and how important it is to let the people you care about know you care about them. But not in an obsessive way. =) I enjoy making people laugh. I value my friends and my family. I actually kind of enjoy my job. =) I try to learn from the past and move on. Although there are some things I still haven't been able to completely shake. I want to be the type of person that doesn't have any regrets. I don't have many but the ones I do are big ones. Someday I know I'll be able to let them go. As far as religion goes... I wouldn't say that I'm any one religion. I kinda have different believes from different religions. I believe in God but just not the "Christian God". I'm not sure if I believe in Hell. I more believe life after death is what you make of it. If I go off on this, this will be very long.... so moving along. =) I love Love. I love the idea of love. All the drama that comes along with it I can do without. Well obviously I could talk about myself for a long time and that still wouldn't be everything. I believe everyone is a very unique, special person and that everyone that comes into my life is there for a reason. If there's any more you need to know about me you'll just have to get to know me. =)

My Interests

I'm probably about like most people when it comes to my interests. I enjoy Camping although it's been a while since I've actually got to go... none of my friends these days are that into it. Shopping...I LOVE shopping ~ prob my fave past time. =) I enjoy hanging out with friends and having a few drinks. I like to dance if I have enough alcohol in me. =) Ya know.. that kind of stuff.

I'd like to meet:

For friends... I'd just like to meet some fun interesting people. People that know how to carry a conversion and don't expect me to do all the talking. =)As far as a relationship goes ~ I'd like a hot, rich guy that wants to take care of me. =) Really what I want is a guy that can't get enough of me. Someone that makes me laugh. Someone I just can't keep my hands off of. Someone that gives me butterflies. Someone that actually looks forward to my phone calls and doesn't think I call too much. Someone that wants to call me just to hear my voice. Someone that everyone likes, someone that my friends and my family love~ which as long as he is good to me and I love him, they will too. Someone that is good to me. Doesn't lie to me, doesn't cheat on me. Someone I don't even have to worry about those things with because he lets me know how much he loves me. Someone where I can just look into his eyes and KNOW "this man loves me". Someone that knows how much ice I like in my drinks. =) Sounds silly but little things like that mean a lot to me. That's not too much to ask is it? =)

Music:

I'm not as into music as I use to be. I still love to listen to it I just havenâ€™t been to a concert in quite some time. Some of my all time faves are: Candlebox, NIN, Bush ~ What can I say I love Gavin, Dixie Chicks, Toby Kieth, Tim McGraw, Zach Malloy formerly of the Nixons ~ I miss the Nixons, The Swabs =) ~ No longer in existence.. an old friend of mine was in that band, Live, and Creed.

Movies:

I'm a total Girly Girl when it comes to movies.... Some of my Faves are: Bridget Jones Diary, Bridget Jones Edge of Reason, Fight Club, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton, How to Lose a guy in 10 Days, Broke Down Palace, and Thirteen Ghosts ~ This movie scares the begeezus out of me =)

Television:

One Life to Live.... what can I say I've been watching it for like 15 years or more. I LOVE that show... I'm totally hooked. Other faves are: That 70's Show, Friends, Gilmore Girls, Fraiser, ER, Sex and the City, and yes One Tree Hill and the The OC. =)

Books:

Don't really do a lot of reading these days but my faves are both Bridget Jones books and Conversations with God ~ it's totally not what you think it would be. A friend of mine recommended it to me and it makes for very interesting reading. It pulls a lot of different aspects of different religions together. It's a GREAT Read. Another Fave is Anton LaVey's Satanic Bible. Once again for those of you not in the know it may not be what you think. It's not about worshiping Satan. It's about worshiping yourself ~ to some degree. It's a VERY good book. Plus the looks you get when your reading it in public are priceless. =)
