I'm artistically inclined and should be thought of as a merry-go-round.
I was born and raised in the Metro Detroit suburb of Westland, Michigan. Destined and craving to be a star, at 13 I convinced my parents to move me cross country to Southern California to pursue my dreams of becoming an actress and a singer. Though, this seems like encouragement on their part, they were never supportive. Thus choosing to make roots in the beach town Carlsbad, three hours away from Los Angeles and the entertainment industry refusing the commute to make my aspirations a reality. I eventually made my way out to Studio City at 17 for a solid year, acting in a CBS miniseries, independent film, and started collaborating with music producers. My time in LA was shortlived due to unavoidable "family issues" that left nothing but an eviction and a broken heart. It was then that I was forced to relocate to viva Las Vegas to bunk with relatives and deconstruct & rebuild everything I had worked so hard for. Four years trapped in a desert can do a lot of things to a girl. I've managed to utilize the time into progressing my skills as an artist and as a musician, fine tuning my guitar and piano playing. I write all of my own material, and am the sole producer. I would love to say that acting and singing is apart of my very essence, and my biggest passion, love, desire blah blah blahhh but everyone says that now and most aren't even literal about it, so whatever...omission in check! OH and might I add that I was the girl who brought her camera EVERYWHERE and always wanted to take pictures of everyone and got so much shit for it before there were digital cams and it was suddenly "cool" and "artsy" AND made acting videos with my friends before the whole You Tube phenomenon sparked, so suck it!
