I'm the guy that's supposed to be in charge, but the damn paperwork got lost...

About Me

Everywhere I go, people seem to know me... but I hardly know myself. I hear that I am one of the more respected musicians in town, but I feel that I'm one of the least accomplished. I'm a friendly guy, but mostly keep to myself. You know what I mean?

My Interests

History, science, women, philosophy, religion, girls, guitars, sound systems, honeys, politics, sociology, babes... you know... the usual.

I'd like to meet:

Jesus of Nazareth (before becoming The Christ), Pope John Paul II, The Dalai Lama, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Van Morrisson, M.K. Gandhi, Shakira, Bill 'n Hillary, Deepak Chopra, Barack Obama, Salma Hayek, Bill Gates, Robert Kennedy, Aishwarya Rai, Geddy Lee, Sting, Thomas Jefferson, Robert E. Lee, Abraham Lincoln, Benito Juarez, Theodore Roosevelt, Socrates... there's just so many people who I've got a curiosity about... oh, and that includes you... and you... and you... and you... and you... and you... and you... and you... and you... and you...

Music:

Pop-influenced rock. Rock it hard, but keep the melody.

Movies:

I like animation. I also like "big" movies. That could mean "Gone With The Wind"... that could mean the "Star Wars" series.

Television:

Hmmm... don't watch too much more than A&E and The History Channel... but I'll also catch the occasional rerun episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent, Star Trek TNG, The Nanny, or Will & Grace (love me some Karen).

Books:

The Ring Cycle, The Road Less Travelled, The Celestine Prophecies...

Heroes:

Anyone who can get through life and die smiling.

My Blog

The Next Generation (Make it so!)

This doesn't feel like the country I grew up in anymore...

Have any of you felt this way lately?I mean, when I was growing up, we were raised to believe that this country was the best country to be born into! The country with the best traditions of "liberty ...
