Ever since DJ Liptyde was born, he has been around and associated with music. Whether it was with his family members, being in choir, or just going to go see the local concert, music was always the force and power that kept his life in a straight motion and his mentality intact. DJ Liptyde was always into rock music or genres associated with it. He started to play the guitar when he was around 11 years old, but something to him just didnt feel right about it. Still doing music as much as he can while also doing sports, DJ Liptyde noticed 'Turntables' around the time when he was in middle school. Becoming obsessed with the band 'Linkin Park' he noticed a different style of music even in rock genres. Years went by and he always kept his eyes and ears on Mr. Hahn and Turntablism, and always wondered to himself what this artform was. Keeping in touch with Metal and rock, he then noticed the band 'Slipknot' and saw turntablism displayed in pure talent through the eyes and ears once again. Over time he realized how he felt around that alone besides other instruments and things in life itself. DJ Liptyde then made sure that he had to have turntables. A month before his 16th Birthday, he bought his first ever dj set. Ever since then, it became a want, then an obsession, then a love, then something he knew that would never go away. DJ Liptyde has tried his best to take DJing (Skratching) to new heights for himself and others. Ever since Feb. 12, 2006, the dream and power not only grows stonger everyday, but the love for it, still remains the same ever since the first day!
