] My name is Chip. It is a nickname given to me at birth. It has stuck with me over the years and makes things simple when you, your father and grandfather, all have the same name. There tends to be a little confusion from time to time.I am a surgical technologist and manager of central supply at Tyrone Hospital.I was one of the first four to become a inductee in the Association of Surgical Technolgists Honor Society. I have been a VOLUNTEER firefighter/EMT with the Blazing Arrow Hook and Ladder Fire Co., also known as the HOOKIES since 1990. I recently was promoted to Rescue Lieutenant. I am very proud of this promotion.I may not get paid but the love of the job and helping people is payment enough.I recently finished my Firefighter 2 Certification in PA. I also evealuate for Firefighter 1 and 2 for the State. The only thing that made me more proud was when I became an Eagle Scout. I have been married since 1996 to my loving wife Rhonda. We don't have any children yet but hope to soon.
