About Me

I'm Lucy, a goofy wiener dog - dachshund...and everybody loves me! I'm 9 years old. I found my Momma when I was a baby (7 weeks old). Her aunt in Yakima got me from a backyard breeder, and then couldn't keep me. So my Momma rescued me. I've been with her ever since. My nicknames are Hunny Bunny, Goofball, Wiener Dawg, or Stinky Girl. I'm pretty spoiled...soft and sweet, and I like to be inside. Now I gotta live with that scruffy Frenchie! She's a Momma Hog...I won't let her play with any toys. She can just stay outside! How dare Momma let her intrude in my palace! I'm the Queen, dammit!
I LOVE to play, love my squeaky toys...until I chew them up and no squeaker! My fav toy is the big knobby squeaky ball, it's bigger than my head. Love the sunshine, I'm a total Sundog. We have a nice yard to play in, and chase squirrels and birds. There's a nice park close by that we go to a lot in the summer time too. I love going on road trips!
I've got my Momma pretty well trained on gettin' me treats. All I do is stand there and glance up at the treat jar, then look at her. I Love Dingos and Yippee Sticks!

I'm Frenchie Frye...I came with that stupid name when my Momma rescued me in August 2007. Momma uses 8/27 as my birthday since we don't know when it really is. I turned 6 years old then. I love my new Momma! She takes good care of me, she fixed me up, well, it's a work in progress...I had a few problems. I was real skinny and had a few infections. I'm fat and happy now! Momma discovered I have a skin condition, so I get special food and a lot of baths.
Now I live with that moron Lucy...all she does is play with stupid squeaky toys. She's a spoiled Diva Doggie. I'm used to being outside and on my own, so I like being out in the rain and cold chasing birds around the bird feeders. In the summertime I just lay in the yard, Lucy would never do that, she's too prissy and wants to be indoors.
I'm still a little scared that Momma will leave me. I bark at her like crazy when she comes back from leaving me home. She calls me Velcro Doggie cuz I cling to her. Specially when we're sleeping. I roll over on my back a lot and look cute so I'll get attention. I LOVE going for walks and car rides. I'm kinda shy in public though. Oh, and I LOVE gettin' treats!

Lucy loves playing Slobber Ball, squeaky toys, going to the park, sniffin' stuff, chasing cats, digging, sleeping, eating treats, being a Barking Fool at innapropriate times, and getting in Momma's way.
Frenchie loves snuggling, sleeping, being cute, eating treats, barking at EVERYTHING, being outside chasing birds and squirrels, sniffin' stuff, and going for walks. No toys for me, toys are for morons. I'm too cool for that.
We both LOVE ridin' in da car! We got a new SUV, it's so much fun! Momma puts the seat down, so we jump back and forth and have the whole thing. No back seats! ~ WOOF!
We're too unruly to sit still for this, but it's pretty funny...well, we hope Momma won't do this...
