Finished my first 1/2 marathon today. I did it in 1 hour 47 minutes and 31 seconds. That's about a 8.25 pace which is pretty good considering that I kept that pace going for 13 miles...

Just ran 14 miles! The furthest EVER. I did 10 miles before but nothing over that until today. Today ...... I slapped that 10 mile mark like it was a lil' BITCH! Actually it was hard like a muthafucka...
