About Me

I love to laugh. I've been told I can be intimidating, and I'm as comfortable by myself as I am with a lot of people. I've mastered most movie trivia games, and I'm a wealth of useless knowledge when it comes to pop culture. I'm skeptical of everything and everyone (usually). I went through a stage where I couldn't fall asleep without listening to tapes of Bill Cosby stand up when I was in elementary school. I have been told that I am extremely patient and understanding of others. I'm resourceful and I have strength during the times I never think I will. I can be incredibly cheesy one moment and then very sarcastic the next. I fidget with my rings when I'm nervous or feeling insecure. When I was growing up I spent a lot of time in front of the mirror trying to see all the different ways I could distort my face. There are a lot. I'm very good at giving advice to others and horrible at taking it. My mom tells me that my main flaw is I care too much for others, but I think she's wrong...I wish I cared even more. I believe in Santa Claus. I believe in God. I love eating ice cream with a baby/tiny spoon. I never drink the milk at the bottom of my cereal bowl. I love having my own dance parties in my apt. I have a huge family that is crazy and loud and I love them for it. We do the Limbo on Christmas Day every year. I want to be my grandmother. I love old movies, dogs, sushi, bright colors, the smell of the ocean, and I honestly think I would cease to exist without music. I'm horrible at keeping in touch with people.------I recently got a fortune in a fortune cookie that said "the best times of your life have not yet been lived"--I'm hoping that's true...

One bad note.

One bad note carries repercussions. This one bad note disturbs the note which follows. One careless chord in a sequence misleads the progression. One beat, out of time, unfoots the rhythm. Once th...
