Books:
Kurt Vonnegut. Love his books. He is fucking brilliant! I also just recently read a biography on Frank Sinatra, very cool and a book by Steve Martin called Shopgirl. Great as well. I also love Chuck Palanuik. I highly recommend Lullaby. Here's a little tidbit from Vonnegut...fucking brilliant: "He said that he knew his truck was turning the atmosphere into poison gas, and that the planet was being turned into pavement so his truck could go anywhere. 'So I'm committing suicide,' he said........(later in paragraph)....'Seems like the only kind of job an American can get these days is committing suicide in some ways.' " (below, my first Vonnegut book to ever read)
Heroes:
Lance Armstrong (SUCH AN AMAZING ATHLETE), Good "no-name" people that you don't hear about in the media that help other people. Please donate also to either the Salvation Army for the Hurricane Katrina victims. They have nothing and will have nothing to go home to.
I also love people who help animals (which you can do by GOING TO THIS WEBSITE TODAY. Bookmark it as a favorite and try to go everyday. THANK YOU!!!!
