Karate is my passion (other than my beutiful girlfriend Sam!) and i have been training in the dark art for about 6 years now and i love it! I have won several titles and competitions and i am a level 2 instructor. my other interests include weight training, food (Cooking and eating!), drink and socialising with my mental band of mates!
