I win college!

About Me

After graduating from SJSU last semester, I am now looking forward into the future. I have started graduate school, working towards a degree in Global Citizenship.
In this upcoming election, I am supporting Chris Dodd for President. So far, he's the only candidate who has treated me like a grown up. Check out his myspace profile our web page at www.chrisdodd.com.

My Interests

Rug making. Career finding. Doing the right thing, like voting for Chris Dodd for President.

I'd like to meet:

The thing is that people fall in and out of my life all the time. Germans believe that American friendships are very superficial, and most of mine are. Meeting new people would be ok, but I've got my social responsibilities and I don't really have time for more. But, if you want a superficial relationship, or if we were friends once, and maybe we might want to be again, this seems like a good way to show that while we don't care enough to write a letter with a stamp, we do care enough to send each other silly comments once every three months or so.

Movies:

You mean, this week? On many occasions, I enjoy the thinker, like Donnie Darko, Afterlife, Waking Life, I (heart) Huckabees, Lost in Translation, Y Tu Mama Tambien, etc. I also dig the poor angsty teenager is outcast in high school movies. I have a sick addiction to teacher comes to bad school and turns it around movies. I like the occasional hand-to-hand combat film, like Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. And finally, anything funny. Oh, and Garden State.

Television:

Simpsons. Family Guy. Adult Swim. American Dad. Meerkat Manor.

Books:

I read 'literature' when I can, and trashy romance novels when I need a break. I prefer anything written before Constantine, but I'm starting to branch out.

Heroes:

Chris Dodd for President!

I just finished my first German book.

That's right.  It was a very good book, a play actually.  I enjoyed it and it has left me with a lot to think about, but I'm trying to only think about it in German.  I've felt uncomfor...
