About Me

I Am Ultimate Truth. Eternal Change, Randomness, and Expression. Ambivalence Personified. But if you want specifics...I REALLY like board sports. I REALLY wish I could be on a wakeboard right now. I was REALLY in Africa, and I LIKED it. I like to talk and laugh and make people make noises (laughing, snorting, farting, grunting, burping, giggling, sobbing even). I'm currently trying to overcome self-indulgence and self-centeredness and the overwhelming desire to be desired, but it's a culturally-conditioned condition (thank you Ithaca) and I may need therapy. My favorite flavor is NOT blue.

My Interests

Mushrooms. Sustainable approaches to living. I have a short attention span but am passionate about a lot of things, like hitchhiking. I'll drop it eventually and have new interests. I wish I was a dancer still though (not THAT kind...get your head out of the gutter, boy).

I'd like to meet:

My Future. I think it's coming soon.

hey, you gotta look at this awesome game for building ur own south park character

go to thissite 2 create a charector

Music:

Stuff with Soul. Sexy (Morcheeba), Eery (portishead), lovely (Be Good Tanyas) and other chick rock. I am known to have played guitar naked in a stranger's house, but I don't know if that's relevant here. Or even true. My next song might be a ballad: a true story that I'm rewriting the ending to and thereby changing history. Whoa.

Movies:

Philosophical romances, intellectual thrillers, super-scary stuff, and even musicals, but the top few are Stranger than Fiction, I HEART HUCKABEES, and Eternal Sunshine.
You are Betty Grable
The ulitmate girl next door
You're the perfect girl for most guys
Pretty yet approachable. Beautiful yet real. What Famous Pinup Are You? /div

Television:

Scrubs. That's about it at the moment. Non-stop Scrubs. I'm gonna be a doctor (witch doctor).

Books:

Novels. Tom Robbins, David Foster Wallace, David Schickler, David Sedaris, probably another David something-or-other. All that philosophical stuff. Check out "The Poisonwood Bible" by Barbara Kingsolver. Now. You DO have libraries and book stores in America.

Heroes:

My dad. and almost everyone I know. I have great friends. You should meet them. I'll probably introduce you. I know people who know people. And people who know people must also know me, because I am somebody.

LOUSY DEBATE

REALLY? Wow. I am absolutely amazed and appalled at the poor quality of the questions and time allotments of tonight's democratic debates. The moderators quoted past statements of the candidates and a...

YOU, exactly

It seems that the choices we make often steal us from the people we are close to, or vice versa. That's probably good and healthy, but it makes me sad.I wish I could see YOU every d...

Rockin' in the USA. Well, maybe not rockin.' But I'm living here now. Back to the basics, back to Binghamton. Back to the boy who smiles whenever I'm around. The return trip was FAR too long. But......

Back in the Saddle...

Ohm. Aside from the fact that my skin is a pale shade of Pasty-WASP-Ghost white, I am well on my way back into African life. I mean, I guess since I am IN Africa, I am already sort of living it, but c...

Message to the authorities: I don't CARE. If it matters so much to you, why don't you just tell me what you need me to do. If I decide that I DO care and DON'T want to do it, you won't ever have to se...

Don't hassle me!

So this hasn't been the restful home break I was anticipating. "Recuperating" from back surgery apparently means spending all my time and money supporting a vehicle. OH yeah. Now I remember. THAT's wh...
