About Me

Angular guitar, compulsive bass, seething electronics, forceful vocals coupled with a storming backbeat-this is the sound of a young, modern and international London, captured brilliantly by Personal Space Invaders.Formed in 2006 in that melting pot, Personal Space Invaders brought together Wix (IT) on guitars and vocals, classically trained Adam Liston ( N.I.) on bass and vox, and former turntablist Timothy Walters (AUS) on percussion and vox.Their debut five-song mini-album, What You Want, released early 2008, is high energy and captures the electro-acoustic vibe of dance floors and pint glasses - think The Rapture mixed with a heady dose of CSS, The Police, and Gang of Four. PSI want you to dance and sweat and leave with their hooks invading your head - so far in 2007, they have successfully pursued these aims, earning support slots with Alabama 3, Simple Kid, So So Modern and The Heavy.
