I am a freelance nature and wildlife photographer living here in the Upstate of South Carolina. Besides nature and wildlife, I also photograph classic cars, hot air balloons and other sujbects that catch my attention.
Nature & Wildlife is my main area of focus with my photography as I said before. I love to go out and capture the beauty of nature. I also love to photograph wildlife, especially the big cats. I also do Hot Air Balloon, Classic Cars and Bikes. And other such stuff that interest me.
I also work with models on a limited basis. Model photography as always been a passion of mine, and I am finally getting to do it. My style is more of a natural, girl next door shot. Along the lines of the great Peter Gowland. Simple poses. Simple hair and make-up. No fancy props and locations.
Depending on the subject matter and who I am working for, I shoot either film and digital. Yes, I still shoot film. I shot film for like 20 years, so I still love to use it. And will continue to do so.
Note: I accept request from Photographers and experienced (local) Models only.

My Interests

Here is just a sample of my model photography. I work with just a couple of girls that I have built a working relationship with. I am not trying to see if I can shoot every model around here. Not everyone likes my style of shooting.
I shoot usually a few hundred images, then edit it down to the best 100 images to do edited images of to provide the models with, and to use for promo work. I DO NOT edit every image I shoot. Only the best ones from each shoot.
If you think you might be interetsed in working with me, please understand that I might or might not want to work woth you. I do this on a limited basis. And it is a fun, enjoyable hobby for me. So they must be something about you that I like to work with you.
If interested however, please be sure to let me know. I will check your page and pictures out and see if you catch my eye or not. If you do. I will contact you.If not, then you you not hear back from me. Sorry, but that is how I work.
If I do work with you, and you are a no show for the shoot. I will never work with you again. I will also let other photographers know as well that you were a no show. Have respect for me, but have respect for yourself even more. If you know you will not be able to come to the shoot planned, call or contact me the night before. Do not "just not show up". That makes a bad impression on yourself as a model. This is the biggest reason I work with just people I have already work with and trust.
