Majestikal Child -aka- Tank is representing Monroe, Louisiana, which is a small ingredient in the Pot of Gumbo called the Dirty South. After spending several years in Los Angeles, CA he has the best of both worlds in his talents as a producer and a artist. To his credit he has performed with some of the elite in the industry such as Fiend, Chamillionare, Paul Wall, ESG, Slim Thug, B.G., Mike Jones, Lil-Troy, Mr. Magic & Soulja Slim just to name a few. After signing with Legalized Records/Short Stop he dropped one of the hottest songs in underground history entitled "My Time Will Come". After leaving Legalized Records he created his own production company Masta Mindz Trackz and begin recording his music with no financial backing from anyone but himself. Majestikal Child is also a member of the Lyrical Assassins who are well recognized throughout the Ark-La-Miss. After coming so close to signing Major deals with various labels and the heart ache of losing friends and family to the streets he decided to strictly start producing and leave the rap scene for approximately two years. Majestikal always kept one ear the street and continued hearing his name being mentioned throughout the underground circuit (What happened to him?) So, now he is back with his debut solo album entitled "Story Of Survival" to be released in the Summer of 2008. "I never really understood what survival meant until I experienced certain things throughout life. It's easy to just give up and make excuses for why your situation is worse than the next persons.
