About Me

OK....I go out a great deal but I completely know why! I love great conversation, geographic literacy, world opinions (not so american), dancing, live bands, lounge nightlife, festive restaurants, and enjoy people who care about the world and are passionate about life. I am a geographer by daytime, and a DJ-concert goer who is vegetarian-i know music and can Bring it! I have the greatest dissent for the current Bush administration (I am open to independents) and still plan to take my country and my religion back from the right, won't you join me?Seven Things About Me: 1. I gave my first politcal speech against the war in front of hundreds of people in April - and was detained for several hours the night of March 20th 2003 2. I attended the Napster/RIAA trial in San Francisco during my first dotbomb layoff in 2001 - I used miles to get there 3. I climbed Mount Rainier with no guides and was almost swept off the mountain with 70mph sustained winds 4. I use to live in West Hollywood, CA in 1997 where the closest bars for me to hangout were the Whiskey A-Go-Go and the Viper Room 5. I flew to Paris for the weekend to see New Order play a soldout show in November 2001 and got quite the frisking on my return (Almost a Reverse Midnight Express) 6. At age 35, I ran the Detroit Marathon (across 2 countries), yes all 26.2 miles with a 102 degree temperature (had no idea - well maybe I did) 7. I've been warned at the Exit for aggressive dancing from a 300lb. dude with a Mohawk. His quote "You've had complaints" My quote: "Thank You, I am going to tell my kids about this someday!"
