About Me

I am a friend of an oppressed obligor by Child Support. Due to being unemployed for sometime, not having certain skills or experience to be qualified for hire. My friend had no other option but to lived in his car for at least two years, trying to take control of personal financials bombarded by one obstacle or another. Child Support demands a payment be made monthly whether you’re employed or not! Yes, Child Support demands a monthly bill be paid, even if you’re unemployed. This kind of atrocity pressurizes men/women in making it more difficult to remain on current payments or catching up to stay on top. If the obligor continues to fail, by avoiding payment or misfortune means in acquiring a job. The monthly payments will increase & a certain percentage interest is added also. Eventually, Child Support may proceed in suspending driving privileges. How can Child Support masked themselves in such meaningless title, when they are oblivious to any of the income being serve is being use? Child Support is more than focus on plain income alone & Child Support does not obtain any special programs in raising children. Nonetheless, it is the law & legal, but not right. Child Support needs to be redefine & stop categorizing every obligor in the same category. There are those who would avoid paying CS monthly & there are those who would be willing to pay. However, obstructions to employment or misfortune can stall a willing obligor. Isn' the purpose of child support? 1.To ensure that children receive financial and "emotional support from both parents?" To provide children with a sense of family, social and financial security? To help families become more responsible and support their children? To help families become less dependent on benefits like Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and food stamps, and to promote self-sufficiency?

Divorced dads are at war with a system that they cannot hope to defeat. 100,000 men are annually forced to leave the U.S. alone, due to the feminist fraud that invaded the legislation and laws of the land, that has tainted the justice system against men and children. This exodus is proof that America and Canada is living in a war zone. There are dead, dying, wounded and missing among its ranks each day, The Children's Fathers. The number of men forced into illegal and treasonous debtor's prisons in America and Canada stands at around a quarter of a million. There are still men paying into this diseased system, just so that they can see their children and still be safe month to month from laws that want to jail, and abuse them. . . No father in his right mind should go along and support this fraud that governments believe is just while ignoring the rights of children. Fathers have 3 choices— take their kids into hiding overseas, stay and show civil disobedience, or go overseas alone to start a new life. All else is slavedom or death. Just so no more!
