About Me

I'm a pretty ancient participant in this MySpace thing compared to the rest of 'em out here. I like to write, hang out with my wife, daughter, dog and good friends, love the Lord, enjoy life and share belly laughs at least once a day. Hey, let's back up a minute. Did I say something about having a wife? Yeah, I did. I even mention it in my other section too. That must mean I'm married! For those of you who send friend and group requests who don't know me, you might want to take note of this fact. This means that any female contact I have on here is for FREINDSHIP only. Thanks for taking note of this. Now for the fun stuff:Geddy, Neil and Alex (Jadyn knows them as "hat" because of Neil's African hat!) - LimelightSara GrovesA music video of Maj. Dick Winters in as depicted in "Band of Brothers" (some scenes may be offensive to some viewers)

My Interests

Learning how to love the Lord and other people; writing, reading, observing politics, relationship building, parenting, military history and military science, general American history, expanding my presence on the Internet

I'd like to meet:

At least one family of a fallen soldier to tell them how grateful we are; a missionary who serves in a country closed to the gospel; Christian musician Sara Groves (again); Lisa Beamer, Todd Beamer's widow (Flight 93); Geddy, Alex and Neil - the guys in Rush; guitarist Eric Johnson; fiction writers Vince Flynn and John Grisham; the remaining men of Easy Company (see Heroes), specifically retired Army Maj. Dick Winters, retired Army Lt. Gen. Harold Moore, co-author of the book which became the film "We Were Soldiers."

Music:

A blend of Christian and secular Christian - mostly rock and worship, Third Day, Chris Tomlin, some Vineyard, etc. Secular - all over the map but Rush, Johnny Cash, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, 80s rock and decent pop
Your Taste in Music:

Jadyn digs Satriani

Jadyn is helping me update MySpace and she loved the lower video on my profile by Joe Satriani. Don't worry, we're teaching her about Jesus too! Jadyn is my 1-year-old daughter, btw.
