Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players, and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low colesterol, and dental insurance.Choose fixed intrest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching lugage. Choose a three-piece suit on higer purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in a miserable home nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourself. Choose your future. Choose life.
I'm happy with the friends that I have...I don't really even have time enough to spend with them and consider them friends. I wish I did but well, you know...I'm a bit of a perfectionist and workaholic. Those two things take up almost all of my time.
Pretty much everything that has ever been made. Minus a few individual songs here and there.
Indie flicks that have little or no plot seeming simply to ramble end abruptly and leave me thinking and/or confused. Pulp Fiction, Resivior Dogs, Boondock Saints, anything by kevin smith, Trainspotting, most french films. I think My favorite film of all time has to be Forest Gump, although it does not fit at all with the style of films that I like at all.I have a genuine obsession with cinema.
I don't really watch the tele. I think it rots peoples brains, I have no medical evidince but I swear it's true.
A Confederacy of Dunces, 1984, Interview with the vampire, Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy along with pretty much anything else I have time to read, I'm really busy most of the time but I love the books. I've developed a new found affinity for one Francesca Lia Block. Chemistry text books.
In the words of E.M. Forster "...the chief charicteristics of a hero are infinate disregard for the feelings of others, plus a general inabilitly to understand them."
