I'm quite sociable, a people lover, yet I have very few up close as friends. It's hard to make good friends, especially good girl friends. No "sex and the City" here! I have joined the fight, as a personal health coach, in curbing childhood/adult obesity, malnutrition and suffering as a result of diet-related illnesses. I appreciate that while we need doctors, they mostly treat symptoms, with medicine that cause other problems, and we become walking chem/bio labs of poisons. If the health issue is diet related, why aren't we fixing the diet? I know we can cut back on healthcare costs, and abuse by insurance companies, et al if we return to plant nutrition, herbs, roots, spices to fix our deficiencies and hence, related ailments.
