the story behind the name "ophir drive"
"when i first got to manhattanville college, ophir drive was the first street the free bus would pass on the way to the train station to take me to new york city. to me, this street symbolized my small steps toward a big dream. i later learned "ophir" means "land of the riches" in hebrew and i feel that as ophir drive constantly evolves, one thing remains constant: the richness in the music."
