Are you willing to step up to the plate for Christ? We have several ideas we've been throwing around here at dM and we wanna get some feedback on what you guys think. WE DO NOT have the funding to make this happen at this time so please DO NOT get excited and start sending in the stuff below! But, here's the deal!
Player Sponsorship
First on the list. We wanna bring in some ladies or guys in various districts of softball (rec ball, middle & high school ball, college ball, club ball, church ball, tournament ball, summer ball, and pro ball) that would represent what we stand for here at dM. You know how most major athletic brands use big name pro athletes to promote their gear. For example, pro softballer Jennie Finch has her own "think pink" softball equipment line sponsored by Mizuno. Or for another example, pro surfer Lisa Andersen is sponsored by the major surf brand Roxy. That's what we wanna do here, only we don't wanna promote our name or gear, we wanna promote the Christians out there doing their thing on the field and giving the glory to God!
What we would need from you as a dM sponsored player:
A Christian and your personal testimony that will be posted on our public website.
A friendship and frequent contact and updates with our ministry.
Trust and a short essay on why you should be sponsored by dM.
A clean Myspace page. You get the idea, basically present yourself in a Christian like manner.
Participation in our future dM Video. (info below)

Help, support, and exposure by dM.

Team Sponsorship
Second on the list. We are looking into possibly sponsoring a softball team each year. Whether you are on a road trip or looking to start up a team, expenses can bring opportunities to a hault. Therefore we wanna hook your team up!
What we would need from you as a dM sponsored team:
A scheudle, roster, and team picture.
A short essay on why the team should be sponsored by dM.
Keep in touch with recent team updates and scores.
What you would get from us as a dM sponsored team:
Team uniforms, cleats, batting gloves, helments, bats, bat bags, warm ups (sweatspants, t-shirts, hoodies, and shoes) dugout banner, practice softballs, cool stuff from the dM Store, bibles, and extra cash for tournament entries, meals, or a team party.

dM Video
Third on the list. We are wanting to eventually put together a video for dM explaining how our ministry rolls and video footage including the testimonies and action shots of some Christian softballers. This would mean you guys would have to put together a short video and send it in to us here at dM.
What we would need from you and your video:
A short video around the range of 10 minutes sharing your story of how God has worked in your life along with some action shots of you doing what you do best on the field.
What you would get from us for sending in your video:
IF we use your video footage we'll send you an iPod Shuffle.
IF we do not use your video footage we will still send you some cool stuff from the dM store in thanks for your participation!
