ACTNOW FOUNDATION PRESENTS “LOVE, SEX, & RELATIONSHIPS†MONORAIL MONOLOGUE JAMNEW YORK, NY December 10th , 2006 - ActNow Foundation’s (ANF) annual MonoRail Monologue Jam was held December 7th, 8th, & 9th, 2006 at Bric Studios, 57 Fulton Street, in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn. The MonoRail Monologue Jam is a series of short story by individual artists centered on a single theme. Past series have explored everyday people’s obsessions, and diversity within the African Diaspora. The theme for this year’s series is “Love, Sex, & Relationships.â€â€œLove, Sex, & Relationships†examines the never-ending search for meaningful human connection, and the fulfillment of our needs and desires. As the stories in this year’s Jam reveal, this search can be the ubiquitous quest for true happiness--or perhaps just aimless wanderings with guilty pleasure stops along the way.
