Another broken heart that I can do without...

Hi there, my name is Roy Myers, I'm 21 years old and I'm from Middlesbrough in the North East of England.
Let's start with the family shall we?? Dad's called Brian, he's an office manager at Jack Hatfield's Sports Shop in town. I have an older brother, John, he's a quantity surveyor (tell me if you're something different John) and he's recently got married to, his now wife, Cat, and they're living together just outside the town centre.
I also have a half-sister, Emma, who lives in Florida, with her husband, Lee and their kids, Louise and James and I have a half-brother, Arran, who lives in Australia with his wife, Sue and their 3 sons Andrew, Craig and William.
My mum, Marian, died when I was 13, she was the person I was closest to in my family and I feel so alone without her in my life. I miss her so much and want more than anything to make sure she's looking down on me and that I make her proud.
You know how some people say that their friends are like their family? Well me too! They're the ones who I talk to, who I have the most fun with, they're the ones who have helped me through the bad times and helped me make it this far in life.
I dropped out of uni after two failed attempts of the first year. I tried my hand at Creative Digital Media and Creative Multimedia. Neither were able to hold my attention and so I finally decided after two tries that maybe university wasn't for me. I feel like the only reason I went there was cause it was expected of me and now having been I realise that my heart just wasn't in it.
I'm now working at Garland's Call Centre in Middlesbrough for Virgin Mobile as a CSA. It may not be the best job in the world but it's pretty easy and it's good money so I can't really complain.
Right that's family, friends, living situation, uni and work done with now on to the cool stuff.
I love going out. Hate being stuck at home on my own with nothing to do. So I always need to be out. I love going to clubs (Crown, Dickens, Cornerhouse, Empire), pubs (The Camel's Hump, TSOne), the cinemas, and just generally hanging out. As long as I'm out, with my friends that's when I'm happiest.
A lot of people say that music is their life, well I'm no different. I love playing, writing and listening to music. My favourite types of music are punk and emo. Some of my fave bands are Blink 182, Green Day, New Found Glory, Fall Out Boy, Taking Back Sunday, Funeral for a Friend, Brand New, etc.
I also like football. I've supported Middlesbrough FC for 11 years now and was a season ticket holder for 5 of them. My best day, as I'm sure it was for many, as a Boro supporter was February 29th 2004 when we won the League Cup. I'll never forget the feeling at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, surrounded by Boro fans, when the final whistle blew to signify us winning our first major trophy in our 128 year history. Priceless!
I think the only thing I've missed out is that I also like wrestling. Think in school I would have been voted most likely to be seen diving off the top rope in the WWE.
