Choke No Joke is better known as a Producer/Director/Videographer and Editor of Television, Film and Video.
Some know me from my recent stint as the Producer of BET's Rap City. Some know me from being a Producer and Videographer when I was Roc-A-Fella Records for 3 years during the Death of the Dynasty. Others know me for the commercials that Ive produced and directed for various artists in the industry for their album releases. I've done over 20 commercials to date.
Those real Hip-Hop heads know me from television shows that I produced like Live Music Channel Hip-Hop and Streetfunk T.V.I'm internationally known for the Tunnel DVD's that I released over the years. One of the most memorable Hip-Hop clubs in Hip-Hop. There was no club like the Tunnel and there will never be anything like the Tunnel. Anyone that has been in the Tunnel Nightclub will agree with me on that.I'm good at all of the things that I do and video graphing will have to be one of my favorite titles besides rapping. Picking up a camera has taken me on a journey around the world. New York to Cali to the Dirty South all the way to London, Paris, Italy, Amsterdam and South Africa just to name a few places.I came into this game rapping in the early 90's and did various jobs to pay my bills because any artist that has struggled in this game knows that the money don't come easy in rap. So sometimes you have to do what you have to, to put food on the table. However you can always come back to your original craft. It's like dropping out of college. The doors are always open for you to return if you have the desire to. On that note with all these non-lyrical artist in the game and those whom hearts aren't in it brings me back with a vengeance.So I'm back and if you don't like too bad but you're going have to respect it because the kid is talented.I send love to those who can respect that and are in this rap game from the heart.
